Installation Steps

First, confirm that the specifications of the lithium battery pack are consistent with the applicable range of the protection board.

Connect the protection board to the lithium battery pack using the correct polarity and interface, ensuring a secure connection and avoiding loose connections.

After connection, use a multimeter or other tools to check if the connection is correct and if the voltage is normal.

Precautions for Use

Avoid short circuits between the protection board and metal objects to prevent damage.

Regularly check the working status of the protection board. If abnormal heating, odor, or other abnormalities are detected, stop using it immediately and inspect it.

Do not use the protection board in harsh environments such as high temperature, humidity, or corrosive conditions.

Wiring precautions:
1. Installing the protective board requires a certain amount of technical electronic knowledge.
2. When wiring, first connect the B- wire at the soldering pad position to the total negative terminal of the battery (the B- wire should be soldered to a short and thick wire) and solder the wired terminal to the battery pack first, and then insert the protective plate.
3. The connection between the battery terminal B- and the protection board terminal B- should be short and thick, otherwise it will cause the protection board to charge and discharge in advance and malfunction.

4. You need to use thick wires when wiring P+/P-. Wires that are too thin and too long will burn the board!
